Great location, but disappointing breakfast options on both mornings.

Unexpected noise marred the stay

The hotel was in a fantastic location, and my room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing easy access to nearby attractions.

The noise from the market square was unbearable at times, especially during early mornings. I was woken up by loud events, which disrupted my peace.

great spot for exploring brugge's charm and attractions

During my stay, I loved how everything was just a short stroll away, with the beautiful Markt only about 800 meters from the hotel and other iconic sites like the Basilica of the Holy Blood around 900 meters away, making it perfect for leisurely walks through the stunning city streets. the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout my visit as I took in all the lovely park views and vibrant atmosphere of Bruges.

Recommend for one night

Spacious room, convenient location, with easy access to attractions within a 5-10 minute walk, and the peaceful atmosphere provided a great stay after taking a 35-minute train ride from Ghent.

The rooms are decorated with such charming elegance that they felt like a cozy fairytale. the accessibility features made it easy for anyone, even my less sprightly friends, to navigate without a hitch.

More hooks in the bathroom would be helpful.

The location was peaceful and conveniently close to the main part of town, making it easy to explore. I appreciated the clean, modern room with a fridge and comfortable bedding, enhancing the overall experience. the lack of tea-making facilities was a miss, and the shower setup could use improvement as it only had a handheld shower head over the bath. Breakfast options were decent, but an expanded selection would add even more value.

I had a lovely two-night stay where I enjoyed the delightful breakfast with made-to-order omelettes and unwound in the cozy lounge area with a good book. The hotel had a great spa to relax in after a long day of exploring. There was also a lovely outside seating area. The shower could use a little TLC, as it wasn’t sealing perfectly, but it didn't take away from my overall great experience! 😊

This hotel has potential, but it needs to tighten up some aspects to elevate the experience.
