We arrived late (after midnight) and the front desk was fantastic. He was waiting for me and when i arrived he knew who I was and already had all the paperwork filled out so check-in took less than 1 minute which I was incredibly grateful.
I was so dissapointed with my room. I paid a high price for the room and it was terrible. The room was loud, the A/C was broken and whenI asked for a fan or to have the heat at least turned off, no one would help. There were pubic hairs in the bed, there was no shower like advertised. It was a bathtub with a handheld shower head but no curtain or shower wall so trying to take a shower in the morning was next to impossible. The breakfast was a complete rip off. We paid 20 euros a person and there was barely anything there, all that was available was cold cereal and coffee. No fruit, no yogurt, no bread. I would have been better off going to a coffee shop and could have paid 80% less for the same thing.

Size comfort & cleanliness of room. Bathroom "nightlight"--which is overhead was terrific, as was the amount of hot water. Loved the atrium dining area with the circular garden full of orchids and large plants. Wish we could have stayed longer. I liked this hotel.
The first staff person I encountered was rather severe, almost rude. The next was delightful & very helpful. Having the door to the bar (such a charming area too, but didn't go in there b/c smoking), open to the lobby unfortunately allowed the smoke to drift into the lobby i.e., the lobby was a little smoky -- enough to notice. Also there is a nightclub or something similar right next door which was loud at night...not much the Hotel can do about this I think.

Unexpected noise marred the stay
The hotel was in a fantastic location, and my room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing easy access to nearby attractions.
The noise from the market square was unbearable at times, especially during early mornings. I was woken up by loud events, which disrupted my peace.

The location is very good for a short sightseeing trip
Mould on the celing . The fridge broke down , it was very noisy and woke us up at 4 in the morning. The receptionist asked if we really needed the frigdge and advised us to plug it off. The serviceman just turned the frige off and it was out of order during our stay. No cofee&tea making facilities

It's convenient location of being close to the main town but far enough away to ensure a bit of peace and quiet. The staff were all very helpful and able to answer any queries we had. This is the second time we have stayed here and would certainly come back again.
The lack of an evening restaurant facility, though there is such a wide choice available around the square it is only a minor inconvenience.

great spot for exploring brugge's charm and attractions
I loved how everything was just a short stroll away, with the beautiful Markt only about 800 meters from the hotel and other iconic sites like the Basilica of the Holy Blood around 900 meters away. The staff were attentive.

Right in the heart of Brugge, although close to all the action, it was not noisy at night. A great hotel in a great City.
We would have appreciated tea and coffee facilities in the room. Although coffee was available just off the lobby it seemed to close at around 5pm and we arrived a little later than this and would have liked a coffee before going out again.

Luxurious hotel for christmas with courteous and kind staff from the room attendants to the receptionist. Individual room, airy, with excellent A/C, a different space plus fresh towels. Honestly no complaints.

Recommend for one night
Spacious room, convenient location, with easy access to attractions within a 5-10 minute walk, and the peaceful atmosphere provided a great stay after taking a 35-minute train ride from Ghent.
Nothing bad to say.

I really enjoyed reasonably large and freshly decorated room here.
The restaurant was good for dinner here, I had hot dishes. It had a very comfy bed and pillows. Its location was great, just 5 minutes walk from a Roman Catholic basilica.
